Roller Deck Industrial Cart Applications

Left side of roller cart with movable load stop (orange) and load pedal (at front) to release load stop.

Step I -  Cylinder heads being loaded onto powered zone conveyor inbound section. Operator manually pushes load until contact with lead roller of zone conveyor.

Step II - Cylinder heads being loaded onto powered zone conveyor inbound section. After contact with lead roller, power starts and pulls load onto first roller section.
